Do you know the event of color coated board? Now let me tell you. The exhibitions include: China (Shanghai) International Sheet Metal and Processing Technology Exhibition, Guangzhou International Sheet Metal Exhibition, and China (Binzhou Boxing) International Sheet Metal Industry Exhibition. The three major exhibitions are respectively arranged in the south, middle and north of China. Moreover, China (Binzhou Boxing) International Sheet Metal Industry Exhibition is in progress.
With the theme of "Towards Made in China 2025", the exhibition is divided into six exhibition areas, namely, metal plates, chemical auxiliary materials, steel structure building materials, machinery and equipment, e-commerce logistics and local specialty products, with an exhibition area of 20000 square meters. The exhibition invited brand enterprises in the whole industry chain of sheet metal to participate in the exhibition, with 139 exhibitors, including 93 domestic exhibitors, 18 international exhibitors and 28 advertising sponsors.
The exhibition was hosted by the China Chamber of International Commerce and the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade, and co organized by five organizations, including the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade Enterprise Rights Protection Center and the Boxing Metal Plate Industry Chamber of Commerce. More than 40 economic counsellors or procurement specialists from Russia, Ghana, Lesotho, Malawi, South Africa, Sudan, Turkey, Iran, Dominica, Grenada, Albania and other countries were invited to visit the exhibition. The exhibition adopted the mode of "exhibition+summit", and also held the Forum on International Capacity Cooperation and Industrial Chain Development of Sheet Metal. Relevant organizations at home and abroad, macroeconomists and industry experts were invited to interpret the industry development trend, business strategy, domestic and foreign trade situation, etc.
Boxing County is the "hometown of sheet metal in China". At present, there are 173 enterprises engaged in sheet metal production and processing in the county, including 91 enterprises above designated size; It has 506 production lines of various types, including 78 cold rolling production lines, 121 galvanized production lines, 203 color coated production lines, 104 composite plates and steel structures, with an annual production capacity of more than 50 million tons. The production capacity of galvanized sheet and color coated sheet accounts for about 1/3 and 1/2 of the national total respectively. A large-scale industrial cluster of 100 billion yuan has been formed, focusing on the production and processing of cold-rolled plates, galvanized plates, color coated plates, composite plates and steel structure construction, and supporting steel plate cutting, mechanical assembly, metal coatings, coil packaging, logistics distribution, export trade and e-commerce.
In recent years, Boxing metal plate industry cluster has actively carried out transformation and upgrading, completed the quality transformation from the middle and low-end market to entering the middle and high-end market, and emerged a batch of new processes represented by Kerui and Yuanda electrostatic spraying, as well as high-end coating brands represented by "Lujiang" and "Lotus", which have increasingly strengthened market competitiveness and external influence. Relying on industrial clusters, Boxing has a group of sales groups with a very wide coverage. They have brought back their different needs from China and even around the world, as well as many new technologies and processes, including more than 100 import and export trade companies. Some enterprises have successively set up factories and warehouses abroad, truly becoming an industrial cluster with global information collection, professional and customized production.
