Printed board, also known as printed color steel plate, refers to the process of printing various patterns on steel plate by technical means on the basis of various substrates.
The base plate can be cold rolled, electro galvanized, hot-dip galvanized and aluminum zinc plated steel plates. Materials with appropriate mechanical properties shall be selected according to different uses.
Cold rolled base plate The corrosion resistance of color coated steel plate produced from cold rolled base plate is limited, because any slight scratch of the surface coating will quickly appear red rust and affect the use. The color coating of the substrate can be used for making internal parts of household appliances, or for temporary isolation fences with low height.
Electroplated galvanized baseplate The color coated steel plate of the galvanized baseplate has higher corrosion resistance than the cold-rolled baseplate due to the protection of the zinc layer, and its processing performance is better than that of the hot-dip galvanizing due to the thin zinc layer (generally the zinc content is 20g/m2). When making products and components with requirements for corrosion resistance, color coated plates with galvanized steel plates as the base plate can be considered. Such as the internal and external components of the air conditioner, washing machine or refrigerator shell; Walls, furniture, lighting equipment, signs, etc. for interior decoration.

The hot-dip alloy coating of aluminum zinc plated steel plate contains 55% aluminum, 43.5% zinc and 1.5% silicon, which effectively combines the advantages of steel plate strength, aluminum corrosion resistance and zinc's ability to protect notch and intermittent sacrifice. Under similar environment, the service life of galvanized steel sheet with the same coating thickness is about four times that of galvanized steel sheet. Aluminum zinc plated steel plate is a product with superior price performance ratio. Its cost is far lower than that of stainless steel plate or aluminum plate, and it has a pleasing light silver gray bright appearance.
